I am the Owner and an Attorney at González Fernandini Law Office, LLC located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in psychology. I continued my education at the University of Wisconsin Law School and graduated with my Juris Doctorate there.

 

I have represented clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate, family and criminal law matters and have also represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. I have extensive experience in consumer and business bankruptcy cases and have represented debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13. I have also served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee having been appointed by the United States Trustee,  a component of the United States Department of Justice. I now focus most of my efforts on consumer bankruptcy. Having represented debtors, creditors and having served as a Chapter 7 panel Trustee has made me a well rounded bankruptcy practitioner and will help me serve you in your specific bankruptcy needs.
